As the seventh training program in the series of technical training programs for entrepreneurs engaged in the small and medium-scale food production industry in the Southern Province, which is implemented under the subject of food supply distribution in the Southern Province Ministry of Agriculture, in Galle, Matara and Hambantota districts, regarding food dehydration for entrepreneurs engaged in the food manufacturing industry. A two-day residential training program was conducted on 20th and 21st December 2023 at Cathirich Memorial Food Processing Training Centre, Embilipitiya.
