The Ruhuna Rasa Saraniya – Local Food and Food Technology Industry Exhibition was held very successfully on October 24 and 25, 2025, at the Galle Town Hall premises.
Organized by the Southern Provincial Ministry of Agriculture, the exhibition showcased a wide range of local food products, processing technologies, and innovations from entrepreneurs and producers across the Southern Province.
The event aimed to promote local food industries, encourage technological advancement, and create opportunities for value addition and market expansion within the region.
A large number of entrepreneurs, farmers, students, and visitors attended the exhibition, making it a significant step toward strengthening the local food and food technology industry.
